Can't restore iPhone with iTunes

I know my pass code is right but it says it is wrong. So I have tried to restore iPhone but, in iTunes, it makes me update the iPhone but about 15 minutes through, the iPhone disconnects and the restore screen says "iPhone is disabled. try again in 1 hour." I tried this many times in different USB ports and different Apple wires. What is wrong?
