Plantronics BT600 losing connection

I have two Plantronics BT600 adapter, and two Plantronics headsets. You shall use the adapter with computers, this headset does not work directly with computer bluetooth.

The adapters have started to lose connection occassionally. I have Catalina 10.15.4

I have contacted Plantronics support many times, and they can not find anything wrong with the Plantronics drivers. Finally, I tested Plantronics system in Windows and it works better there (not losing connection at all).

Is there a way to get Apple to verify this functionality somehow?
