i cant get back My stolen resourcess

Hello I’m writing to you about my back up problem. The problem is my Apple ID is hacked and when I get back my Apple ID I saw the fake programs like applications.. Now I can’t get back my back up and all of my things. because somehow the system got me like a new ID but it’s not the New ID it’s my stolen Apple ID and I got it back but I can’t restore my back up. Who stole my Apple ID they are deleted the whole iCloud Drive. The problem is I asked help many times I sent The proves that I got them right now. I will add below. Please help me about this because they are really big company of hackers I think.. Please pay attention in this article because I have lost everything, my researches and All of my work. Thank you.
