See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088 to see if the charge is proper. Also, do the same with View, change, or cancel your subscriptions https://support.apple.com/en-euro/HT202039.

What do you mean by 'withdraw money with Apple ID'? You can't remove funds that you have added to your Apple ID. Are you trying to purchase something and you can't? More information would help.
