iPhone X keeps crashing a few times a day

Hello,

i have an iPhone X wich keeps crashing a few times a day. Sometimes it goes on and off again. Sometimes i can’t open multiple apps untill restarting. Sometimes it does strange things😔.

what i have done for so far,

update all (ios and apps)

a forced restart

cleaned everything from my phone and put the iCloud back up back.

The only thing i didn’t do is cleaned the phone and begin from scratch with putting all apps etc back as new.

i’ve been looking in the analytics data but i don’t know what to look for.

anybody knows this problem? 😬

In such a situation, reading the troubleshooting steps you already performed, I would try and install a fresh copy of iOS on your device.

Create a full backup, then restore it to factory settings, and in the end set it up as new, using these instructions:--> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support

When done, test your iPhone for a while WITHOUT restoring data on it. If it works fine, you can exclude a hardware problem.

Then try to restore data from your previously made backup. If the issue comes back, your data is corrupt, and you need to start from scratch.

For any further assistance, contact Apple Support or have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP, when they reopen.
