I used Apple Pay on depop and it’s saying it hasn’t gone through on depop and the seller is saying it’s not gone through, the money has gone out of my bank but it’s just saying pending transaction at the bottom? What do i do

Tell them to send a picture of their bank statement or PayPal of three weeks ago then that’s what I had to do and the seller did if they genuinely haven’t received the money they should be just as worries as you?

The seller has said that she got in contact with depop as they couldn’t do anything about it on her end, only mine because I have sent the money. It’s just takes so many days for depop to reply to emails😩hopefully I’d hear something soon as it’s been way too long now and it’s so bizarre how the money has gone somewhere but we both don’t know where it is!!?

I waited 2-3 days and the seller received the money I’m not sure where it goes but the money will get held for a few days, it is annoying 😴😴
