My phone was on 30% last night, I put it on charge and this morning the phone was dead. When I pressed any buttons it showed the battery symbol red. After four hours it still won't charge. It eventually turned on and started charging so I left it alone. I have just checked to see what percentage it is on and it is now dead again and shows the red battery low bar when I touch any button.
Can anyone help?

Try a different power cord, charging block, and outlet if possible. Try to determine why it did not charge this time.
