Does apple watch series 3 cellular work with tesco mobile

I am looking to buy an apple watch series 3 and i want to buy the cellular version but on https://www.apple.com/uk/watch/cellular/ my carrier tesco mobile isnt listed, however O2 is.

Tesco and O2 use the same network (O2 - UK) so does this mean they're both supported?

No it doesn't the only UK carriers that support the apple watch cellular are EE,Vodaphone and O2 not Tesco mobile.
