I have got only 50 mb of files. But iCloud drive takes space in iPhone storage as 3.7 gb. There is a note that it caches files for fast access but no button to clear the cache. I need my GB space back. Please help.

Well I know the iPhone Storage page where I can see which app is consuming how much.
Photos uses some.
Watsapp uses some more.
and I don't know why iCloud Drive is using gigabytes and there's no delete button inside.
Is there a way to free up the storage that iCloud Drive is using???

I have gone through them all. I have also tried disabling the iCloud Drive and restart the phone. The iCloud Drive consumption is still in the list in iPhone storage page. I cannot delete the app since it is native.
I think we should give up.

On your device: Settings > Name (top) > iCloud > Manage Storage > iCloud Drive > Delete Documents & Data.
