Itunes will not connect to my Iphone

I recently updated my iPhone and downloaded the newest version of iTunes for Windows and now my iTunes will not recognize my iPhone. I've restarted PC and phone, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing is working. iPhone6s version 13.4.1

I had the same issue with my iPhone 6 and Windows 10, my laptop recognized my iPhone but iTunes couldn't connect. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes, checked device drivers, services, settings, privacy, restarted numerous times and more. What finally worked today was reinstalling iTunes using the download on the Apple support site instead of installing the Microsoft Store download. Good Luck!
