Then what it sounds like is someone hacked your iCloud account and have taken it over. Including changing the password, which would prevent you from logging into the App Store.

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

Check to see if this is what has happened by trying to login to your iCloud account with what should be your correct ID and password.

Also, call your credit card company and have the current card cancelled to prevent any more unauthorized purchases.

It has gone thrust. I just checked.

i am going to have to dispute it.

I tried calling Apple when it was in pending.....however getting thru to talking to anyone at Apple is really non existent and very frustrating. Apple has great products What really bothers me is it is very difficult to communicate directly over the phone with anyone,

i did not buy any Apple product.

Can you assist to tell me what I purchased?

Thank you

Cindy

Are you sure you've actually been charged anything? Open iTunes/Music and login to your list of purchases from the App Store or iTunes. If you don't see it, then the message is a scam.

These types of scam emails are rampant. Dead giveaways:

  1. English and grammar reads like as if the person who wrote it just started learning English last week.
  2. Return email address does not go anywhere near a domain owned by Apple.
  3. Has links (usually really big buttons) to cancel the purchase or to login to your account.
  4. Has any type of attachment (typical are PDF or Word docs).

Apple never, ever does any of these.
