After updating iphone to 13.5, I have "Cellular Update Failed" message. I did "Reset all settings" which worked for about an hour, and then back to "No Service". My software update displays "up to date".

my iphone xs is having no service keeps saying cellular update failure, but no update is available, cellular says error. I also can not connect to bluetooth or wifi the areas are grayed out
