After updating iphone to 13.5, I have "Cellular Update Failed" message. I did "Reset all settings" which worked for about an hour, and then back to "No Service". My software update displays "up to date".

Before you go the other route you might want to try this: If you see an Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart - Apple Support

cellular update failed
my iphone xs is having no service keeps saying cellular update failure, but no update is available, cellular says error. I also can not connect to bluetooth or wifi the areas are grayed out
