Face ID not working

Hi, My IPhone 11 Face ID is not working. Here’s what I did, but issue still exists. 1) I did diagnostics with Apple support and confirmed that hardware is ok. 2) factory reset 3) reset all phone settings

Now Apple support raised a maintenance ticket for me, sending me a box to send my phone to their store. Is there any solution i should try before I send my phone?
