I’m trying to connect my AirPod pros to my walkie talkie for work. I bought a Bluetooth adapter shown below. I can’t get Airpods to work. I can get them to pair, but nothing comes through. Help? If they aren’t compatible is there an app out here that would pair my iPhone to the other walkies in the building?

A Few Thoughts on Troubleshooting This:
A. Increasing Volume:
If you hear nothing, increase the volume on the device you are using these with. If using a media player, increase the volume on that as well.

D. Enable Bluetooth Only in this Device:
If any other Bluetooth device are nearby, then disable Bluetooth on them. Make sure that only this one device you are trying to use these with has Bluetooth enabled
