After changing my iPhone and despairing Apple Watch from previous iPhone it stuck on apple logo during pairing with new iPhone (during pairing process iPhone pairings and at same time despairing apple’s watch)

I tried it so many times but when I tried to connect it with my iPhone it pairing and despairing at same time then it will stuck in pairing until I restart it again
After unpairing Apple Watch from previous iPhone it stuck on Apple logo during pairing with new iPhone
