Hello, I have had reports from contacts that at 2:30am AEST they received FaceTime calls from me. This is the middle of the night and caused distress for some contacts.
I did not initiate these calls and there is no record of them in my call history.
How do I deal with this?
Apple Support does not provide options for me to call them on this topic.

Thank you Jeremy. That is good practice. The problem itself is not resolved however and I’ve now been in touch with Apple support who have escalated.
