Content & Restrictions

Hi, recently my content and restrictions changed all of a sudden (before this I did not put any restrictions on my phone) and when i tried changing it back, a screentime passcode popup but the thing is i don't recall setting any screentime passcode to begin with. I have tried selecting forgot password but still to no avail. Not only that, the sign out area for my apple id says "Sign out is not available due to restrictions.". Moreover, only my phone is using this apple ID. is there anything that i can do?
