Bluetooth

I never had a problem connecting to bluetooth speaker (JBL Flip4) with my last phone (i-phone 6), but new phone (SE 20) does not even find it--and I've tried just about everything. Frustrating. Connects with BT earbuds just fine, but that's the only thing that shows up, as the "Other Devices" thing just spins and spins...Help!

My Ultimate Ears bluetooth speaker will not connect to my IPhone SE. Any houghts? I turned off the speaker and phone, restarted both, and moved the devices close together. The phone is not listing the speaker. How do I pair my Ultimate Ears bluetooth speaker with my iPhoneSE. Tried turning both off, putting close together...neither worked. Not seeing any devices to connect to.
