My apple tv not working with my new ASUS AC68 router

HI

My apple TV used to work perfectly with my old linksys, I brought a new ASUS RT-AC68U router few days ago and my apple TV unable to communicate with this AC68U although the network interface shows the wifi are connected. I also try ethnet cable but still no luck. any idea how to fix it?
