Anyone can help me sync my iPod to my iPad via iTunes?

You cannot sync content from one device to another. It all needs to be in your iTunes library. You can then add your selected content to any other device. See Recover media from an iPod - Apple Community, if needed. See Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support to make sure that you've set up sync selections for your iPad correctly. See this post on erratic syncing if you still cannot get your selections copied over.

I want to sync my iPod music with my iPad. I have iTunes on my windows desktop, it allows me to select the music but after I say transfer to my iPad device it just sits , doesn’t work.? What am I missing?
