Software problem

hello apple support,

I faced several problems with my iPhone X , I think it is software problem

I tried to update my iPhone software 13.5 through my MacBook Pro. First, it shows a white screen with "swipe up to upgrade" and when I swipe up it asks me to enter the passcode. I entered the passcode and it shows a white screen with Apple logo, the problem is that it stays like this and then returns to the beginning with " white screen with swipe up to upgrade " . I don't have any idea what to do.

the serial number is :35***360

Apple ID :

Thank you .

This is a PUBLIC user-to-user forum, it is not a way to contact Apple. Posting any personally identifiable information like your Apple ID or serial number means that several billion people around the world can see it. I’ve asked the hosts to edit your post to remove that information. But now you should be especially careful about phishing emails or texts trying to get you to provide your password, and if you don’t currently have 2 factor authentication enabled you should add it to your account to reduce the probability of having your Apple ID account hacked.
