If you still can't cancel it, see this support article to change it to "monthly plan":--> Annual iCloud storage plans - Apple Support

EDIT: this message had to be addressed to the OP Swapna129 and not to apfelkopf. Sorry.
On iPhone or iPad go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage > Change Storage Plan > Downgrade Options
