I can’t cancel my iCloud storage plan.plz help me

On iPhone or iPad go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage > Change Storage Plan > Downgrade Options

If you still can't cancel it, see this support article to change it to "monthly plan":--> Annual iCloud storage plans - Apple Support
