Activation lock

The phone that I have is activation locked and I need help unlocking it and I do not have the password to the iCloud

Are you the original buyer of the iPhone or did you purchase a used iPhone.


If you bought a used iPhone, you need to ask whoever you bought the phone from to remove activation lock on the device. Only they can do that. Apple won't help you and we cannot help you.


If you are the original buyer of this phone, you need to remember the Apple ID and Password you used to set up the phone.

If you bought the phone used and you don't know the previous owner, either get your money back or recycle the device.
