how to backup if my device is broken
my iphone 7 shut down and isn't charging at all. i can't get it to turn on. how can i transfer all my data to my new iphone 11? is it possible without the phone being on?

You cannot backup a device that won't power up.
Did you have iCloud backup enabled?
