We can't tell you why it was disabled. You have to ask apple that.
What do you mean try Apple support. That’s how I got here. My Apple ID HAS BEEN DISSABLED. How do I re-enable it? And why was it disabled? Was it because of request for a refund for an app I cancelled? It didn’t tell me it would disable my Apple ID. Just forget about the cancellation if it causes that much trouble.
