when i try to request a refund this Sentence shows "No content available for reporting a problem. For further assistance, go to Subscriptions and Purchases Support." although the apps appear in my id, what can i do ?

The instructions are on the screen on what to do.
If your not willing to follow the instructions then maybe your best to contact Apple Support for help
Which instructions? If you mean the steps in the Apple support page then yes i did.
