How to request refund and fraud when the option is not selectable for some purchases?

It will not let me request a refund after a certain point in time? How do I submit a mass request as the game I made purchases for is just disappearing and no longer supported. I should get a refund for all in App purchases that are now lost/null.

Refund I would like to refund the full refund of Korean ROM and pubg games because this game has a lot of problems. Since it is unable to support the number of players (the server slows down considerably during the same period of the day), the game system is unstable (the guild system crashes, runes), and causes serious bugs (which It makes the game very injustice because people who use this bug earn a lot of money in the game.)
