Refund for Old In App Purchases

Hi communities,

I have spent large sums of money via in app purchases on games in the past, but the game developers have shut down their games, meaning I cannot access or benefit from my purchase.

What is Apple's stance on where I cannot benefit from my purchase as expected, and how do I seek a refund review?
