Subscription

Hi my daughter has signed up to a subscription service and I’m being charged and don’t know how to cancel it. When I go to subscriptions on my I phone it says I don’t have any??

Follow these instructions: See or cancel your subscriptions


If you can't see the subscription but can see what is coming out of your bank account, does apple.com/bill or itunes.com/bill appear?


If you can see Apple billing your payment method but can't see the subscription in your account, contact iTunes Support.


If you can see another company charging you, contact that company.
