how do I seperate the name of airdrop from different devices but same icloud? I tried from the iphone’s name it is different, but when I tried to send in airdrop it shows the other device’s name in mine.

That is correct.
When you AirDrop, you will see the name(s) of the device(s) that may receive the AirDrop. Naturally, that will not include the sending device.

not the sending device, its show the name of the other person that using the same icloud, when someone trying to airdrop me.

Stop doing this immediately.
Each person, regardless of age, needs her/his own, unique Apple ID.
