Hi there! I just got a MacBook and trying to figure out how to get my apps from my iPhone and iPad? I have signed in with my Apple ID, pictures and emails have come through. Just not my apps

If there is a companion MacOS version of any iOS or iPadOS it is likely to be in the Mac App Store which is a default app on your Mac. It is the Mac equivalent of the iOS App Store.
Are you asking about downloading apps or data from the app? IOS apps don't work on a computer. Have you checked all syncing in System Preferences/Apple ID?

The apps will only work on the iPhone/iPad. IOS apps do not work on a computer and computer applications do not work on an IOS device. There are some apps/applications that do have an IOS version and a computer version, such as Messages, FaceTime, Mail, Safari, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.
