Apple watch workouts syncing and workouts history

Since I upgraded my iPhone yesterday to iOS 13.5 Apple Watch Workouts (in my case walks) have stopped syncing their calories to MyFitnessPal. Any ideas of what I can do to fix that?

Also, is there a history of workouts I can read somewhere so I can enter missed ones manually?

Thanks.

I fixed the problem. It seems during the update to iOS 13.5 on my iPhone that the bluetooth connection to all my devices got disconnected. I turned bluetooth off and on and the Watch became connected and the workouts synced to the iPhone, and also to MyFitnessPal.

I wonder how many workouts the Watch itself maintains for later syncing.

Try this;

Close the Activity app on the iPhone

On your watch: go the Home screen

(single press of the Digital Crown) and tap on

the Activity app icon (coloured rings).

Press firmly on the screen > tap on Change

your Move Goal > change the goal.
