Block emails

I need to block an email address. Completely block so I can’t see received emails. How do I do this?

iPhone 8, iOS 13

On an iOS device: choose email with the specific email address you wish to block, tap the email (top of email in the from section), this will bring up the contact card for the email address, click on Block this Contact.

Thank you for replying. I set up the rule that moved the emails straight to the bin but I can still see it. I need to permanently block the emails from coming and can’t figure out if I can do this.
