Spotify not working

I am a regular user of spotify app but since last 2-3 months spotify is just not working. Everytime I open the app it shows connecting but it never connects. I installed and uninstalled the app several times but the issue is yet to be resolved. I reset the phone settings as well. If anyone has the solution please tell me.

CarPlay disconnects with Spotify CarPlay works perfectly fine up until I open Spotify. CarPlay then crashes and disconnects my phone from my infotainment system. My phone is still plugged in but it does not register that a phone is connected. Spotify support has suggested some solutions but none of them have worked. They then referred me to Apple support. Spotify closes out after 57secs Upgraded from the XR to the iPhone 13 last night. I started up spotify to play music while I was getting ready and it force closed the app on its own after playing a song for 57 seconds. I’ve turned off/on the phone and still having this issue. Tried different songs and still having this issue. Frustrating because I have a 2 hour drive soon and would like to listen to music.

Spotify stops playing when I open whatsapp Hey! I’ve been having problems with the Spotify app. When I am listening to a song and open WhatsApp the song automatically stops. i have already restart mi iphone several times but the problem continues. help

Hi,

I recommend contacting Spotify support for this and recommend checking your internet connection. Unfortunately, since Spotify isn't an Apple service, we won't be able to help much more here.
