I changed my password because I was receiving A series of Messenger verification codes through text messages even though my cellphone number was not registered in my fb messenger account and I wasn’t doing any changes in my apple account ID nor on my fb messenger. To date I received 9 Messenger verification codes since Monday.
I was thinking someone was trying to hack my account that’s why I am receiving messenger verification codes and to protect my apple account I changed my password. However even though i Already changed my password I still receive Messenger verification codes through text messages.
