I have a message saying that there is a problem with my i cloud storage payment,how do i know if its a scam or if its genuine

You'll know via -- Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support & Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.
