Split sound between two running apps
is there any way to balance the sound between two running apps? As an example, I would like to have a radio app listening while seeing the TV app on mute...

iPad can only play a single audio-stream. Mixing audio playback sources isn’t supported by iOS/iPadOS.
I hope this clarification as to iPad capability and function is helpful - if only in understanding its limitations.
