Does wifi calling work across carriers?
My cellular carrier is AT&T, but my Internet service (wifi) is through Sonic. If I turn on wifi calling on my iPhone, will it work, even though I do not have Internet service through my cell carrier?

Yes, your ISP doesn’t matter. WiFi calling simply needs a WiFi connection to the internet. It will work on public WiFi, your home WiFi, whatever.
AT&T still routes your calls, just using the internet instead of a cell tower connection.
