How do I edit a weight entry in the Health App on my iPhone (iOS 13.5)
You can’t change an entry unless the source app for the value allows it to be changed. You can delete an entry, however, and manually insert one. Health/Summary/show all health data/Weight - Show all data. Tap Edit and you can delete entries.

Go to Settings/Health - Medical ID

Ahh — "Show All Data" was below the bottom of the screen. I was able to delete. Thanks.
