iPhone XS Max stuttering why?

So i have xs max 512gb and i notice yestarday (i buy it 4days ago) that on yt,fb,scroling on safari etc... stuter/lag,why? How to fix? Ios 13.5 pls help

Have you restarted your iPhone? Restart your iPhone

I have screen protector and have restart my phone but still the same,but not every time or what,its random somties after few minutes of usage somtimes after 1h nothing...

and one more question sunwoda battery is orginal? 3utools say designed capacity 3156 but xs max is 3174mah and say manufacture sunwoda is this all ok? Ty
