MAC OS CATALINA
I jus updated my MAC OS and now Outlook doesn't work. I no longer work at the same place so I don't know how to access my old emails. HELP!!!

If it was 2011 or earlier, it won't work in Catalina. You'd have to upgrade to the current version.
I don't know of any way to import directly from the Outlook database. I believe you have had to export the emails from Outlook.
Someone else may know of a way.
If you have a Time Machine backup, you can fairly easily revert back to your previous OS.
If you are running Office 2016 and haven't updated it, get the latest update, and it should run in Catalina.
