I got a new Mac and only had my old 2011 Outlook when I backed everything up and loaded to new computer, my question is how do i move all my emails from outlook 2011 to the new outlook when it wont let me in because it tells me to upgrade

I suggest you contact Microsoft about this migration as it would appear that one needed Outlook 2016 or 2019 for Mac to import the Outlook 2011 Identities. It is not clear that the current Outlook 2021 or newer can import these older Outlook identities.
