HELP-iPhone 5s restoration

Forgot my passcode and been trying to restore and update my iphone 5s but it keeps saying error and is still asking for the passcode

When the passcode is forgotten, you cannot simply restore the iPhone.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
