Cant sync to Activity

How can I solve this problem?

It takes a lot of time to update my watch, so I didn't do it.

Apple Watch Series 2, watchOS 5

Your watch and iPhone usually need to be updated to the latest/same version of iOS/watchOS to sync properly. Try just updating overnight so your devices will still be ready in the morning. If this doesn't fix it you may need to resync (remove and sync) your Apple Watch. All your data/apps should be restored.
