Watch screen separated from case but still works

This is a series one watch. The screen separated from the case but remains connected by the cable. the watch works fine. can the screen be re-attached for a reasonable repair cost?

A strange and unfamiliar screen on Apple Watch with watchOS 9.2 Hello everyone, I keep Apple Watch on my wrist even during sleeping hours, but last night, for some reason, I woke up and noticed a strange screen (see attached) on Watch that does not appear on the WatchOS 9.x user manual and so I have no idea what it means. Upon pressing the side crown, the Watch screen appeared again. Can anyone enlighten me? Many Thanks

I have a spinning circle on screen. How do I get watch to turn on? My watch has the spinning circle. Will not turn on. I recently received message that storage was full so I deleted any appropriate apps.
