Not getting notifications

I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max, transferred data from my iPhone 6S Plus but I am not getting notifications even if all settings are identical to those on my old phone

Notifications so I recently purchased an iPad 9 yesterday. Transferred my iCloud and everything I had on my iPhone to my iPad. Just out of curiosity how come I don’t receive any notifications on my Ipad. I checked the settings turned everything on. The alerts are on banners etc but I’m not I receiving any notifications the same way as I do on my iPhone does anyone know how to fix this?

New iPhone did not get all settings transferred during setup Not all my notifications transferred to my new iPhone 13 Pro, is there a way to get this fixed or do I need to just manually make the changes?
