Is HBO max on apple tv

It seems HBO Max is available for Apple TV (4th generation or later) from the on-device App Store.

I have an Apple TV 4K that had HBO Now on it, today I got a free upgrade to HBO Max and am watching it now.

I cannot get the new HBO Max as it requires registration with my cable provider. Contacting Spectrum indicated that it was an

apple issue as I subscribed to HBO Now through Apple. What to do?

HBO Max is available on both the Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K models. I have been enjoying it for the past week or so.
