Apps store / keeps prompting me to review

When I try to get an app it keeps saying my Apple ID has never been used in iTunes and prompts me to review only giving me the option to add my password and then right back to review page again

I understand from your question that you cannot download apps because you are continuously being prompted by the iTunes Store. I can certainly help you with this!
