Mac Volume

Hi. I have a problem with my Mac. I don't know why the sound is very low even if it's already on full volume. I already check the settings but still it on low. Please help me with this matter

my volume sounds really low! So recently my volume on my MacBook has been sounding very low even when I put it all the way up. I searched to see how I can fix it and google said to go to settings > sound> output tab> then to choose internal speakers, but there is no option for that. The only option it's showing me is "macbook pro speakers". If someone knows a solution to this please help a fellow hooman out :) Catch you on the flippity flip!

Try a PRAM reset.
