Здравствуйте.

Имеется MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2016 после каждого обновления macOS Catalina выдает ошибку - "your computer restarted because of a problem...", подобной проблемы не наблюдалось, когда на моем Mac была установлена macOS Mojave.

Я исправляю подобную проблему только при разборе устройства путем сброса батареи.

Сперва открутив 6 винтов я снимаю заднюю крышку, после я отключаю "информационный шлейф аккумулятора" на 15-30 минут и только тогда, обновление macOS Catalina устанавливается на мой MacBook Pro.

Такие танцы с бубном мне поднадоели, звонил в поддержку они ничем не могут помочь. Решил написать на форум. Помогите как быть, может есть другие способы исправить это?

На фото изображен шлейф, который мне приходится отключать от MacBook Pro на 15-30 минут, для того чтоб установить обновление на свой mac.

Hello.

I have a problem on MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2016. After each update macOS Catalina, MacBook have get an error - "your computer restarted because of a problem...". That problem wasn't on macOS Mojave.

I fix this problem only when disconnect cable for 15-30 min ("battery information cable" cable on the photo), than i can update macOS Catalina on my MacBook without this error. Please help fix this problem. Thank you.

You do not understand me.

I update macOS Catalina on MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2016. 10.15.1, 10.15.2, 10.15.3, 10.15.4 or 10.15.5 all version. It's error only update for macOS Catalina. I does flash drive, I does cloud Apple (cmd + r or cmd + opt + r or button "r") for install macOS Catalina. It's not help for me. I can't use update MacBook Pro because get error. (update or install new macOS it's does not work. But... I know one way)

This is an error.

But I can update MacBook Pro only disconnect the battery cable for 15-30 min, after than connect the cable MacBook Pro I can update macOS Catalina. It's amazing because it's working.

Question - how update macOS Catalina on my MacBook Pro without disconnect the battery cable or without this is an error? (first important).

How can I reset the battery without disconnecting the cable?
